Let’s talk about this role

As the Data and Insights Analyst, you will be responsible for developing detailed reports that allow for the measurement of the strategic goals, KPI’s and SLAs within nib’s Business Services division. You will generate insightful analysis for various domains including claims, contact centre, compliance and quality assurance data including resident’s health insurance, international health insurance and travel insurance.

More specifically you will:
- Directly support innovative and unique cross-functional projects, involving reporting, inspecting, cleansing, transforming and modelling large data sets.- Utilise Tableau as tool of choice, to deliver a suite of dashboards to proactively identify trends and monitor KPIs.- Work closely with the business to define associated business rules relating to data definition, acquisition, creation, maintenance, usage and quality assurance

Let’s talk about you

With a background in a data analytics or reporting, you will have experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI/Power Pivot and experience in SQL coding data manipulation to develop insights and build visualisation.

You’re an excellent communicator with a high level of attention to detail which will help to drive business decisions on innovative and unique cross-functional projects.
