_Austdac Pty Limited is a manufacturing and design solutions company based in Castle Hill. We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to join the team. Reporting to the Head of Sales you'll help expand our customer base whilst maintain relationships with our current customers._
- Your responsibilities include:_
- _leading and coaching a team of 5 Customer Service Representatives_
- _monitor and support, quality, performance, productivity and service standards of the team_
- _mentor and develop team members_
- _work collaboratively with key stakeholders to proactively improve our service_
- _always be looking at ways to change/update processes and procedures_
- **Qualifications**_
- _Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Management, or related field_
- _Minimum of 5 years' experience in customer service management, with demonstrated leadership skills_
- _Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills_
- _Strong business acumen and analytical thinking_
- _Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM software_
- _Experience in process improvement and quality assurance_
- _Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines_
- _Experience working in the industrial sector_
