Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service and Procurement Specialist to join our team. As a Customer Service and Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing procurement requests, and ensuring the timely delivery of products.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues effectively and efficiently
- Manage procurement requests from customers and internal departments
- Identify and evaluate suppliers based on cost, quality, and delivery time
- Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to ensure the best pricing and delivery options
- Create and manage purchase orders and contracts in our procurement system
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Assist with implementing ERP system
About you:
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service and procurement
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Experience with procurement systems and tools
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
