Castle Hill, Australia Study and Work Full time

Role is full time hours temp role to cover maternity break, however, it can lead to permanent role depending upon the situation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Process customer orders as received via numerous in line with company requirements
- Process customer invoices for clients
- Order fulfillment reporting to customers on all open orders
- Prepare claims information
- Record management in accordance with process documentation
- Provide backup on key tasks as allocated
- Support general office activities as required
- Attend and contribute to departmental meetings
- Reconcile outstanding invoices against customer portal
- Complete monthly reporting as required
- Participate as required in stock taking
- Complete training as appropriate to the role

**Job requirements**:

- While having 1-2 years of work experience is preferable, recent graduates with strong data entry skills are also encouraged to apply.
- Proficient with automated accounting systems (SAP and JDE preferred).
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel and Outlook.
- Experience with customer portals e.g. Ariba, is preferred

**Preferred Skills**:

- High level of attention to detail
- Demonstrated literacy and numeracy skills
- Good communication - written and verbal
- Time management/able to work autonomously

Salary is negotiable as per experience.
