We currently have a family in Landsborough, Sunshine Coast, QLD

The family Requires a childcare educator to work within their home to provide care for the school aged child. Days Required - Monday to Friday / Morning's 6.30am to 8.30am & Afternoons 2.30pm to 4:30/5pm. The educator would be required to transport the child to and from school each day, with the possibility of 1 day on the weekends (occasionally).

In Home Care educators are skilled, qualified and dedicated child care providers who are qualified with a certifcate 3, Diploma or Bachelor level qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care or are actively working towards one of these qualifications. The main role of an educator is to **provide children with a variety of age appropriate, play-based activities that encourage each child's development, learning and life skills.**

Each families children will have different requirements, days and hours and educators are able to choose the families which suit their current lifestyle and location.

Families are either shift workers, cannot access childcare or their children have additional needs and care requirements that cannot be catered for in a childcare centre.

**Job Types**: Casual, Contract

**Salary**: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Educators in In Home Care are not currently required to be vaccinated against COVID 19 but it is highly recommended and some families do have this requirement.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Coomera QLD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
