This End User Support Manager is a great job opportunity of working for a growing media company based in Sydney CBD.
**Your new role**
***As a End User Support Manager, you are responsible for both the management and delivery of key Technology services including providing assistance and support to employees both in-office and remotely. You are responsible for leading and managing Desktop and Service Desk teams. You are responsible for managing the team on a day-to-day basis, allocating and delegating responsibilities as appropriate.
**What you need to succeed**
- 5+ years of experience of working as End User Support Manager or Team Leader
- Experience of ITSM tool Jira Service Management
- A proven ability to design and maintain a patching infrastructure, patching concepts, best practices.
- Well verse with software deployment tools like SCCM/End Point Central
