We're looking for someone to join our growing team to take care of our customers, and being the interface between our customers and our growth and operations teams.

We're a small but mighty team of 10 who enjoy good coffee in the mornings, dogs and cats (but esepcially Cheese, the office Chihuahua), chips at WIP and a mint slice at the end of the day.

But mostly, we love creating products that provide planet-first and genuinely well designed solutions in a typically very boring household category - laundry. And we think we're very good at it. More than 100,000 customers have jumped on board 'Cleaning with Dirt', and with their help, we've managed to prevent more than 120 tonnes of plastic from ever being created.

All our products are assembled and shipped from our warehouse in Brunswick.

Our team is looking for a new part time Customer Service Coordinator to join us there and help our customers troubleshoot their issues, and represent the collective voice of the customer within our organisation.

It's a perfect role for students, recent graduates, mums/dads or anyone looking for a flexible opportunity that will work around the other parts of your life.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Serve customers who come and visit us at our warehosue
- Implementing customer requests in our system
- Work closely with our Dispatch Coordinators to ensure any changes/updates to orders are processed in a timely manner
- Troubleshooting delivery issues
- Building on processes to ensure efficient customer operations
- Reporting on brand and customer sentiment

Requirements/experience
- 20 hours per week, spread across 5 days per week (ideally 4 hours per day but exact times are negotiable)
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to work well autonomously
- Positive and customer-orientated
- You’re into sustainability and doing what you can to reduce waste in the world
