**About the role**:
You will work in an exciting foodie environment, as part of a dynamic and energetic team. At Royal Nut Company your taste buds will be on duty every day, exposing you to try, discover and appreciate the best and freshest produce. As a family company, we work closely with each other providing a supportive environment despite the field's pressure and competitivity.
We are looking for an experienced customer service coordinator to join our Brunswick office. This is a permanent full-time role and is essential to our team.
Being one of the first points of contact, you will need to be a forward thinker with the ability to multi-task and be responsible for the day-to-day management of the RNC sales/orders.
In this role, your passion for food and sales will be highly regarded. You will have to learn about each of our products and be able to share your knowledge with our customers.

**Responsibilities**:
**Customer service**:
- Proactively assist all customers in product information, quotations, and follow-up, through to the closure of sales.
- Contact potential customers for new business opportunities and maintain regular contact with existing clients.
- Make product presentations and demonstrations to customers.
- Ensure the customer needs are fulfilled to build long-lasting relations with them.
- Assist in sales plans, forecasting, budget preparation, and expense management activities.
- Recommend new channels and methods to promote product sales.
**Admin**:
- Managing the day-to-day running of the Royal Nut Company office and maintaining efficiency
- General Office & Administrative duties, scanning, filing, and more
**Required Experience**:
**Required Work Experience**
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in a similar position with demonstrated customer service and sales history in the food retail/wholesale industry.
**Personal Skills**
- Proven customer service skills and ability to promote products
- Excellent ability to understand and adapt to market food trends
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to draft professional letters and marketing material
- Advanced MS Word, Outlook, Excel & ERP systems
- Excellent attention to detail
- Professional attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to take initiative
- Ability to work well in a small team and under pressure
- Flexibility to do different tasks
- Honest, bubbly, and friendly
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
- Basic Reporting/ data analysis skills
**Qualifications**:
- Business/ Marketing studies

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
Schedule:
