**Cleaner - Strata Maintenance (Apartments)**

We’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented cleaner to help maintain the common areas of residential apartment buildings.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors
- Cleaning windows and glass surfaces
- Sanitising high-touch areas such as door handles, railings, and elevator buttons

You’ll be working in a team of two and responsible for completing a scheduled run of buildings.

**Work hours**: Monday to Friday, between **8:00 AM and 4:00 PM** (you must be available during these hours). No work at nights or weekend.

Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
