Gardener - Strata Ground Maintenance

**Gardener / Strata Maintenance**

We are currently seeking for a reliable individual to join our strata gardening team. Working in a friendly team, you will be required to complete the gardening maintenance in common areas of strata residential buildings in the Sydney Metropolitan area. Must be able to 5 days per week during weekdays from 9.00am to 5.10pm.

**Skills & Experience**
- Minimum 12 months gardening experience
- Have valid driver's licence and ability to drive company vehicle.

**Role & Responsibilities**

The role as a strata gardener within our business, is to maintain the lawn and gardens in common areas of the residential buildings. You will be responsible for edging, lawn mowing, weeding, pruning, hedging & soft landscaping work in common areas of strata complex.

**We are looking for**:

- Keen to work hard and wanting to join a great team.
- Possibly had experience in strata cleaning
- Reliable and Punctual and good time management skills
- People with attention to detail, to deliver a great service.
- Have a driver’s licence and confident driving around Sydney.
- Experience in dealing with clients and good communication skills.

**The successful applicant must be PASSIONATE about plants and garden and have demonstrated recent experience working in a similar role for a minimum of 1 year (within past 2 years). You will have the ability to work independently and have strong organisational and time management skills. **Salary**: $28.00 - $36.00 per hour
