**Key Responsibilities**:

**About You**:

- A proven leader with extensive experience in aged care management, ideally with exposure to opening or managing a new facility.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a range of stakeholders.
- A strategic thinker, capable of navigating the complexities of the aged care sector, with a passion for making a difference in the lives of elderly Australians.
- Relevant qualifications in health administration, business management, current APRA registration
