**Cleaner / Strata Maintenance**

We are currently seeking for a reliable individual to join our strata cleaning team. Working in a friendly team, you will be required to complete the general cleaning in common areas of strata residential buildings in the Sydney Metropolitan area. Able to 5 days per week during weekdays from 9.00am to 5.10pm.

**Skills & Experience**
- Minimum 12 months cleaning experience
- Have valid driver's licence.
- Ability to drive company vehicle.

**Role & Responsibilities**

The role as a strata cleaner within our business, is to maintain the internal common areas of the buildings we maintain, along with some external duties. Internal duties include vacuuming, mopping, cleaning glass windows, dusting etc and external duties include such tasks as bin management, blowing hard surface areas and keeping the grounds clean and tidy.

**We are looking for**:

- Keen to work hard and wanting to join a great team.
- Possibly had experience in strata cleaning
- Reliable and Punctual and good time management skills
- People with attention to detail, to deliver a great service.
- Have a driver’s licence and confident driving around Sydney.
- Experience in dealing with clients and good communication skills.

**Salary**: $26.00 - $35.00 per hour
