**Job Description**:
Specific tasks pertinent to this role can be broken down into:
- Support inbound customer enquiries/support tickets:
- Manage incoming support enquiries and work to deliver a fast, thorough and quality outcome
- Provide suggestions and advice to clients on CoreLogic platforms
- Escalate and manage enquiries/issues to completion that cannot be resolved first time
- Provide information on CoreLogic platforms and products, their features and benefits
- Become an expert in workflows, configurations, settings, functionality for CoreLogic Valuation and Insurance Platforms
- Ensure the team is current on the features, benefits, functionality and processes of all CoreLogic platforms and products
- Be the primary Client Escalation point (manage issues / performance and operational strategies)
- Identification of cross sell and sale opportunities within existing client portfolio
- Be a source of SME knowledge for client portfolio and product mix
- Build strategic relationships
- Understand the responsibilities of Sales teams
- Understand the responsibilities of Product Management / Product Development
- Understand the responsibilities of Project Management
- Client relationships
Job Qualifications:
- Preferred 2-3 years professional work experience
- Banking, Finance, Valuation and / or Real Estate industry knowledge preferable
- Highly organised and detailed orientated.
- Proven experience in delivering high quality customer service and focus on positive customer outcomes
