**The Company**

**The Role**

Working with ground-breaking print technology, this role will be instrumental in helping Mermed manage increasing demand for their cost effective health care solutions across Australia.

**Reporting to the Operations Manager your role will include the following:

- **
- End to end Digital Print production including design (print art and die), artwork prep, print, die cut and finishing to meet quality standards
- Processing production as instructed from production plan through DEAR Inventory System
- Model a Safety First culture and participate in Safety initiatives as required, complying with all safety legislation and company policies
- General maintenance and cleaning of equipment and department (including associated documentation)
- Follow QA Standard Operating Processes
- Advise stock requisitions to ensure production is not hindered
- Able to troubleshoot and work with others to overcome machinery performance issues

**What you need to be successful**:

- Certificate III in Flexographic Printing or equivalent
- Previous Flexographic Printing experience - minimum 3 years experience
- Experience in the label industry preferred but not essential
- Previous experience with Adobe Illustrator
- Intermediate Microsoft Word, Outlook, Teams and Excel skills
- Experience with program DEAR inventory highly regarded
- Highly organised and level of attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
