**Recruitment and selection**:

- Gather requirements in advance from Business for mid and yearly intake
- Once requirements are provided working with POC from each business unit to document future graduate requirements for their business in advance of hiring and onboarding and make sure JDs are correct
- Once budget approved working with the recruiter to plan which external recruiting vendors to advertise the graduate program through such us grad websites, universities and career fairs
- Online Testing - working with external vendor to arrange testing to applicants through the online testing process in line with the program schedule
- Assessment Centres - Set up assessment centres and invite participants.
- Coordinating internal assessors and external graduate applicants through activities both as a group and individually
- Graduate Onboarding -communicating with graduates to confirm they signed their offers and completed each step of the DXC onboarding process including IT set up

**Marketing and Brand Awareness**:

- Take part in external Presentations and events to promote the graduate program
- Establish and maintain relationships with universities and student societies to increase brand awareness
- Work closely with Marketing team on various activities to help promote the graduate program
- Develop future program such as internships to support the demand coming from the business

**Training and Induction**
- Liaise with BUs to develop a training and development plan for each individual
- While grads are going through onboarding activities organise grads induction that will include networking activities, innovation challenge and set up Bus sessions while inviting internal and external participants,
- Set up other activates such as grad ceremony, lunch and learn sessions and round table sessions

**Skills requirements**
- Professional Services recruitment delivery experience
- Recruitment best practice and providing regular market intelligence
- Experience using Workday or similar recruitment management system
- Strong organisational, people management and project management skills
- Well-developed communication and negotiation skills
- Able to work under pressure through constant changes
- Strong operational skills

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree, or higher qualification
- A degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a relevant field
- Prior experience managing a Graduate Program
- At least five years of relevant experience
- A background in professional services recruitment
- An exceptional customer service focus, including attention to producing high-quality results
- Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively, while maintaining attention to detail
- Ability to work with teams in different offices and promote teamwork
- Flexibility to accommodate different personalities and professional work styles as well as changing work environments/priorities
