Live Well Health Clubs is committed to creating a premium experience for our members. Our clubs are thoughtfully designed to foster a high-energy, motivating workout environment. We offer additional services to help members achieve ultimate wellness through group fitness and martial arts programs, saunas, float tanks, ready meals, and supplements. Our locations include Rouse Hill and Eastern Creek.

Key Responsibilities
- **Membership Growth**: Increase memberships and ensure members utilize all available services. Engage with prospects, book tours, and prescribe solutions to enhance member attendance and visitation.
- **Customer Service**: Provide exceptional customer service, recommend classes, personal training, supplements, and other ancillary services. Handle member cancellations and suspensions with compassion.
- **Problem Solving**: Address issues proactively and develop strategies to prevent future problems.
- **Promotion and Representation**: Represent Live Well Health Clubs at events and member activations, both in and out of the club.
- **Financial Management**: Ensure membership payments are up-to-date, assist members with outstanding amounts.
- **Safety and Maintenance**: Conduct regular walk-throughs to identify potential hazards, manage stock, and maintain club cleanliness.
- **Social Media and Marketing**: Utilize social media to promote the club, engage with members, and handle inquiries. Drive membership growth through marketing strategies.
- **Team Leadership**: Recruit, train, and coach team members. Manage personal trainers, group fitness instructors, child-minding services, and the martial arts department.

Operational Management
- **Club Maintenance**: Regularly inspect and maintain the facility, addressing any issues promptly.
- **Stock Management**: Receive, stock, and manage inventory, conducting regular stock-takes.
- **Health and Safety**: Implement and monitor WH&S protocols, conducting regular walk-throughs.
- **Team Coordination**: Collaborate with staff to ensure seamless operation of services.
- **Financial Oversight**: Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and handle membership payments.
- **Service Management**: Ensure the operation of the juice bar, recovery center, group fitness programs, and martial arts classes is efficient and meets member needs.
- High School Certificate
- Working with Children’s Check
- Current First Aid and CPR certifications
- Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
- Certificate III/IV in Fitness or Group Exercise Leader (preferred but not mandatory)

Experience
- 2 years in a customer-centric business
- Minimum 1 year in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment
- Sales, customer service, and hospitality experience preferred

About the Role

Live Well Health Clubs is searching for a passionate and highly motivated Manager who can use their passion for health and fitness to promote the growth and culture of our clubs. Must be available to work weekends.

To be successful in this role, you will be a natural problem solver, conceptual thinker, and people leader, with values that align with Live Well Health Clubs and the ability to influence discussions to result in win-win outcomes. You will have considerable experience with commercial acumen strategies and approaches to the promotion of growth, sales, and operational excellence.

Duties Will Include
- Meet and greet potential and existing members.
- Direct sales for new memberships and retail sales.
- Manage a team of casual employees and contract personal trainers.
- Meet KPIs and sales targets.
- Seek out and generate new sales leads.
- Create a great club culture with a strong focus on member appreciation.
- Maintain the cleanliness standard of the club.
- Promote the brand and image within the local community.
- Build lasting relationships with prospective and current members to ensure they are maximizing their Live Well experience.

Skills and Experience
- Ability to crush sales goals for yourself and with your team.
- Minimum 2 years of management experience working in a fitness or retail environment.

- Strong communication and administration skills.

- Strong customer service ethos.
- Certificate III and IV in Fitness (preferred but not essential).
