You will also help our clients throughout their sales journey by introducing, demonstrating, and promoting all current and new TeamViewer products.
**Responsibilities**
- Make contact with potential or existing clients each day via leads that have been assigned to you.
- Propose solutions to customers that meet their unique business needs.
- Provide online demonstrations where necessary to potential customers.
- Provide quotes and follow up on quotations within expected timeframes.
- Meet daily/ weekly/ monthly revenue targets set by the Inside Sales Team Manager (individual).
- Promote and maintain a high quality, professional, service-oriented company image among customers.
- Process any written request from our prospects and customers using our proprietary systems.
- Discover opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell add additional products to customers by conducting a thorough needs analysis.
- Discuss possible ways to improve our processes and systems with your Team Manager.
**Requirements**:
- Sales experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment (2+ years is preferable).
- Strong verbal and written fluency in English.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct a needs analysis and offer a solution accordingly.
- Advanced knowledge of Windows® and general understanding of technology.
- High level of customer service and ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Team oriented and creative approach to cross and up-selling.
