**About the Role**

This is a technical hands-on and client facing role focusing on resolution of IT service issues within various domains of network, cloud, security, infrastructure, and related technologies and supporting key initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Diagnosis and resolution of computer hardware, software, and network issues.
- Documenting Knowledge Base articles for clients and employees.
- Installing new hardware and software upgrades requested from users.
- Logging and updating tickets associated with client requests.
- Scheduling, maintaining, and upgrading IT environments.

**Requirements**:

- Fundamental level of knowledge across Amazon Web Services, Microsoft products, networking and protocols, multiple security domains, scripting and coding, cloud platforms, physical infrastructure, and related technologies.
- Certifications / Qualifications including but not limited to: AWS Cloud Practitioner, CompTIA A+, Network +, Security+, Microsoft Certified Fundamentals, Networking: Fortinet NSE 3/ Cisco CCNA / Palo PCNSE, ITIL foundation certificate.
- Experience in multiple system and IT platforms, multiple technologies exposure
- Proven track record of excellent customer service skills & able to write technical documentation and reports.

- Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.
- Ability to prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Special Conditions**:

- Flexibility with hours of work to meet the needs of clients and other business operations.
- Travel as required
