**ABOUT THE ROLE**:

- Develop and update Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS) across Quality, Safety and Environment accordingly
- Organise specific training needs/requirements for all employees for High risk Safety compliance
- Conduct inductions and trainings regarding health and safety matters, communicating lessons or improvements
- Conducting with site and factory safety compliance audits
- Maintaining business LTIFR Statistics/KPIS

**ABOUT YOU**:
To be successful within this role, you will have:

- Diploma/Certificate IV Workplace Health and Safety
- Experience in Health and Safety practices and procedures developed within Manufacturing and Construction Industries
- Thorough practical knowledge of Health & Safety Legislation and Regulations.
- Experience in Incident Investigation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- High attention to detail
- Experience in Hammertech (Advantageous)
- Current Drivers Licence
