**About the role**:
Seeking **FULL-TIME team members to join our Toowoomba TRade Cebtre**

Our Trade Centres operate a little different to our retail sites providing a delivery and pick up solution for key building lines, delivering bulk quantities of materials to building sites. We partner with our commercial customers, helping them manage their projects with a ‘whole of build’ solution. We stock a select number of core builders’ lines, that allows our customers to build from the slab up. Everything from timber, Fibre Cement, cladding, windows, doors and appliances. Our Trade Centres take the pick/pack and delivery of these bulk products out of our store environment which allows our stores to focus on giving the best customer experience and supporting other trades.

We offer consistent, permanent work that you and your family can rely on regardless of weather or season. We provide an adult pay rate for 18 years of age and above at $27.81 per hour for this role.

**What’s involved**:

- Provide friendly and helpful service to our customers, which include builders and s ite supervisors
- Provide accurate quot ing to site supervisors and estimators
- Assisting customer enquires over the phone
- Communicating with s ales teams
- Maintaining accurate i nventory.

**You’ll**need**:

- A genuine passion for customer service
- An ability to work in and contribute to a tea m
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Knowledge of building products and build process
- Good computer literacy
