**YOUR ROLE**

We’re looking for a Claims Consultant to join our Workers Compensation team based in West Perth on permanent, full-time basis. Your primary purpose will be to provide customer service and manage a portfolio of Rapid Workers Compensation claims with the aim to help injured workers’ recovery and return to work as quickly and safely as possible.

You will determine liability on new claims and collaborate with the injured workers, their employers and other relevant stakeholders including (but not limited to) brokers and medical professionals.

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity with hybrid work arrangements available, after the initial training period.

- Strong customer focus including well developed customer service skills
- High level of communication (verbal & written) in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to develop successful working relationships with stakeholders and other team members.
- Good attention to detail
