**Make a difference as a Workers Compensation Claims, Team Leader.**

**Your Role**
As a Team Leader across Workers Compensation Claims, you’ll effectively lead a team of people to manage a portfolio of claims in the WCRS’ Supported claims segments. You’ll manage the team’s workflow and coaching to ensure the team deliver an exceptional customer service experience to our insured and internal and external stakeholders. With a strong focus on strategic claims and financial risk management, this plays a pivotal role in the optimisation of health outcomes for injured workers with more complex claims.

**This is a 6-12-month max term contract based in Perth.**

**About You**
- Demonstrated experience in successfully leading, coaching and developing a team.
- Experience in workflow management.
- Ability to effectively build and manage relationships with business partners.
- A record of success in managing technically complex Workers Compensation Claims.
- Ability to build and maintain service quality and excellence to achieve financial performance and service metrics.
