We have an opportunity available for an experienced Waiter/Waitress with previous Restaurant experience to work predominantly in our signature Restaurant Azure, Bar and Grill. We require your flexibility to work both Breakfast and Dinner shifts, currently we have between 30-35hrs a week available. You may also work poolside at Breeze Cafe or at our Adults only pool, Summer Salt that has a swim up-bar and food truck. **To be successful you will hold a current NSW RSA**, be a strong team player working well with colleagues, floor staff and our kitchen teams to ensure a smooth and efficient service.

**Your role **will require you to converse with our guests by explaining our menu and beverage options, assist with dietary requirements and up-sell where possible. You will be comfortable working in a Fine Dining restaurant environment where the sequence of service is so important as is your passion and knowledge of local ingredients and wine matching.

If you are working outside at our beautiful Lagoon or Adults only pools, you will be running food and drinks to your section, while also ensuring that tables and Cabanas are kept clean and tidy.

**We require you to be available a minimum of 4 days a week and able to work both morning and evening shifts.

We are looking for a motivated, energetic and fun person to join our Restaurant team.

**Requirements**:

- Preferably an Australian permanent resident with a commitment to longer term employment.
- Working Holiday Visa holders are welcome to apply, but will require a min of a 4 - 6 month commitment to the resort.
- Previous hotel, resort or restaurant experience would be highly regarded
- Previous experience working as a Food and Beverage attendant or Waiter
- **Current NSW RSA** and drivers licence
- The ability and flexibility to work various rostered shifts, including early mornings, late evenings and weekends
- High standard of grooming, presentation and communication
- Confidence in conversing with our guests and clients
- Actively demonstrate pride in your work
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
