Our client is seeking a HR generalist to fill a temporary Support Coordinator vacancy in their HR team to assist with the recruitment coordination, processing and communication of their volunteer recruitment program. The Support Coordinator will need to be based in the Lismore area fulltime. You will be responsible for providing support in diverse and inter-related tasks that assist the development and implementation of programs and projects that support a positive volunteer experience for all members and promote the organisation as the volunteer agency of choice. This will involve volunteer management and managing volunteering practice. You will establish and maintain effective working relationships with site/service managers in order to enable them to best manage staffing matters.
