- This is a 360-degree recruitment position, meaning you’ll be controlling the whole recruitment cycle. The database is strong, and there are support functions in place to help you build new business. The management style will be hands off, meaning you need to be self-sufficient, organized and driven. Think of it as running your own brand within Snap Talent. We provide all the support you need to be successful, including a resourcing team, managed BD campaigns, Sydney CBD based office space, plus much more.**About you**Benefits and Culture**
