**About our Opportunity**

This role will provide report to the People Technology and Integration Lead, supporting the wider P&C Technology & Systems team and working closely with vendor Infrastructure teams, whilst providing support to our People Technology and Integrations Lead with new and innovative changes within the Integration space. This role will ensure compliance of all integrations with our Security policies.

**What you will do**

The People Technology Integration Analyst will have the ability to understand complex infrastructure, integrations and data flow between a wide array of systems and work closely with stakeholders to understand integration requirements.

The People Technology Integration analyst will also support the team with incident management, root cause analysis and coordinate the change and day to day running’s within the P&C systems domain.
- Document business integration requirements and ensure that all Technical Specification are kept up to date.
- Assist the People Technology and Integrations lead in raising and representing changes to the Change Advisory Board and Release Management Forum
- Represent key technology integration changes during agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, grooming sessions and other sprint ceremonies.
- Actively remove technology roadblocks for the team
- Maintain and own the Integrations Jira Backlog, Sprint planning and estimation.
- Support the team with Incident management process and managing root cause identification
- Solution designs conform to current architecture and system guidelines.
- Demonstrate clear understanding of underlying architecture and how data flows across it
- Support the People & Culture Technology and Systems team with complex system integration
- Demonstrate Business process knowledge

**What we are looking for**
- Relevant degree qualification preferred.
- People and Culture experience preferred
- Experience with complex integrations and data migrations
- Working with Domain & Solution Architects, Technical Lead and Development Leads to understand and shape technical solutions
- Experienced in the use of JIRA for managing backlogs and driving reporting.
- Experience working on business change, internal IT and infrastructure related projects.
- Ability to document User Guides and Change Management processes.
- Ability to effectively context switch on tasks of varying complexities, meet deadlines and where required work well under pressure.
- Desirable to have exposure to enterprise testing tools and conducting UAT testing with the business.
