**About the role**:
We are looking for an Integration Support Analyst to join our Enterprise Technology team on a full-time, permanent basis. The Integration Support Analyst will work closely with stakeholders in understanding their needs to access the relevant platforms as well as the Integration developers to ensure the relevant support documentation and processes are up to date. Knowledge of the latest integration solutions and problem-solving methods are essential to be successful in this role.

**Duties**:

- Raising relevant incidents, changes in relation to requests and support requirements
- Evaluate processes, products and tools as requested and provide feedback to management
- Support and maintain current custom Integration Platforms and assist in Operational issues around these environments.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of standards, procedures, and processes to promote and maintain information systems quality.
- Provide and maintain documentation to identify and resolve systems issues
- Some out of hours work may be required

***Skills and experience**:

- Able to work on independent projects to deliver results and meet business deadline
- Knowledge and interpretation of scripting languages
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively is essential
- Knowledge of API’s (REST/SOAP/GraphQL) and associated API tools (Swagger/OAS, RAML)
- Database SQL skills would be highly advantageous
- Proven experience in Cloud Environments (Azure/AWS)
