Davidson are a preferred supplier for the government sector and have strong partnerships within local, state and federal government. We are currently recruiting experienced AO3 Call Centre Consultants, to commence a temporary contact located in the heart of the Gold Coast - Southport

**About the Role**:
As a Call Centre Consultant, this role is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer service experience for customer’s queries and assisting with a positive attitude. Addition duties include:
**Responsibilities**:
Providing clear and accurate instructions to customers with confidence.
- Answering inbound phone enquiries
- Understand the legislations and polices
- Updating customer database to ensure all information is correct
- Accurately manage multiple tasks at once and meet deadlines

**Skills & Experience**:

- Previous experience with debt collection and/or negotiation experience,
- Exceptional customer service experience
- Previous experience in a Government Call Centre will be highly desirable
- Confidently engaging with customers
- Understanding the customer and determine the appropriate action
