As a Land Access Administrator, you'll provide essential support to land access activities, ensuring compliance with statutory obligations. The position will be based at either of our locations on the East Coast. Initially office-based, the position offers the flexibility to work from home up to 2 days per week following a successful probationary period.

**The Role**

Reporting to the Land Access Manager, the Land Access Administrator will support the successful delivery of land access approvals and stakeholder engagement activities. You will play a key role in producing accurate documentation, maintaining data records, and providing responsive administrative support to the wider team.

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

- Deliver high-quality administrative support for land access approvals, stakeholder engagement, and statutory documentation
- Manage high-volume data entry across multiple systems and platforms
- Prepare notifications, reports, letters, and other key documentation
- Conduct HEC Searches and assist with LASA deliverables for clients
- Maintain accurate project records in line with document control procedures
- Provide regular workload updates to the team and management
- Support internal and external stakeholders through excellent customer service
- Help ensure compliance with the Telecommunications Act 1997 and associated codes
- Desired Skills and Experience

**You**

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

- Experience in an administrative role, preferably within telecommunications or a similar infrastructure environment
- A high level of attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure
- An understanding of telecommunications processes, HSEQ standards, and regulatory obligations is highly desirable
