**The Role**:
**The Fleet Coordinator is responsible for the maintenance and administration of our fleet of vehicles with a particular focus on parts and service scheduling.**

**Based in Campbellfield and reporting to the Fleet Manager, you will provide planning support, delivery and reporting on asset maintenance.**

**Duties associated with the role include**:

- **Coordinate and manage parts purchasing on a just in time basis, managing stocks of parts and consumables**:

- **Coordinate and manage service scheduling ensuring vehicle access is maintained at a high level**:

- **Working with workshop staff, branches, Accounts, operations, and suppliers as required**:

- **Gather and enter data to maintain records and generate reports**:

- **Maintain a high level of knowledge of the Groups Fleet systems and processes**:

- **Main contact for workshop general enquiries**

**About You**:
**We are looking for an experienced fleet coordinator with a focus on attention to detail, planning and organising combined with strong communication skills. Ideally you should also have**:

- **Forklift licence**:

- **Construction white card**:

- **Valid driving licence**:

- **Similar experience in mechanical workshop roles.**:

- **Knowledge of MS suite of products**:

- **Knowledge of Virtual Fleet software or similar software products aligned to fleet management
