Come join our Merchant Activation team It’s newly created and we’re looking for someone who is motivated to work with newly onboarded merchants and ensure they are set up for success

Let's talk about the role:
A key part of our business is working with merchants to activate their online and in-store programs to ensure consumers, staff and the wider business leverages the full benefit of our Interest Free products. In this role you will be working closely with Head Office stakeholders and the wider LFS business including both sales and marketing teams and driving initiatives that are right for our merchants and Latitude, forging successful partnerships.

Responsibilities/ accountabilities:

- Key point of contact for Head office relationships ensuring committed deliverables are implemented
- Grow online and in-store presence
- Ensuring sales teams of newly acquired partners are aware of the features and benefits, and are skilled to promote and respond to customers
- Accountable for driving & influencing portfolio volume targets
- Campaign management of promotions and marketing campaigns
- Accountable for improving group volume, cart conversion, percentage of market share across portfolio
- Accountable for increasing product uptake/cross sell

Let's talk about you
- A solid background in sales through a B2B environments.
- Working with retailer partners, we are looking for a motivated, self directing team player who engages at all levels and is highly capable of dealing with senior stakeholders
- Has a strong understanding of retail sales and/or payments sector.
- Can adjust style and adapt to varying audiences such as C-suite and sales staff in small to medium sized business

Has exceptional analytical & problem-solving skills whilst also being a great negotiator
- Is agile, flexible and creative whilst also working toward a forward plan
- Self-motivated, capable of working with limited supervision, pro-actively reporting on status and tasks
- A superb communicator with solid social awareness

What does success look like in this role?
- Working with newly onboarded merchants across a range of retail segments, success will be measured by online and offline visibility of Latitude Interest Free, customer uptake and overall customer spend within the merchant portfolio.._
- Being the single owner for some of Australia's most known brands, the successful individual will also be focussed on retaining high value, high impact relationships built on value that deliver long-standing, mutually beneficially commercial partnerships._
