**The opportunity**:
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced warehouse supervisor to manage and oversee all warehouse activities, ensure efficient processes and maximise warehouse productivity. The warehouse supervisor’s responsibilities include coordinating logístical processes, receiving and dispatching stocks, ensuring the quality of goods, and preparing all vehicles daily as required.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage, evaluate and report on all warehouse operations
- Track and coordinate receipt, storage and timely delivery of goods and materials
- Prepare vehicles for daily operations
- Coordinate with the operations manager on the ordering of supplies and maintain stock inventory levels
- Check orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy
- Maintain records, report relevant information, and prepare any necessary documentation (Online or mobile apps)
- Ensure basic maintenance standards
- Perform a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds
- Coordinate and maintain fleet and equipment
- Perform all forklift operations as required
- Communicate and coordinate with operations and other departments and customers
- Assist with scheduling when and if required
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing OHS standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations
- Other duties as directed by management

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with people at all levels
- Knowledge of and commitment to warehouse safety standards and warehousing supervisory functions
- Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team and independently
- Initiative, flexibility, high level of energy and enthusiasm
- A collaborative ‘hands-on’ approach that aligns with our positive and highly supportive team culture
- Commitment to Insulation Extract’s safety culture and values
- A current, valid manual driver’s licence
- Forklift licence
- Intermediate computer proficiency with the ability to learn new software
- White card
