CRYOPDP (A Cryoport Company) has a full-time freight specialist and operations support position available. An excellent opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual, looking to join a rapidly growing, international pharmaceutical and healthcare logistics provider.

This role is for someone motivated with the right mindset looking to start their career in the freight industry. This is an entry level position with the scope for rapid career progression. The right applicant will be a part of a small tight knit team where you will be provided all the training and resources required to succeed in this role and grow within the company.

This role is a full-time opportunity and due to the critical nature of the Business, the following work hours are required:
Mon-Thurs: 10:00am to 6:00pm

Friday: 9:00am - 5:00pm

Key responsibilities will include:

- Working closely with the Operations team to ensure client enquiries are dealt with professionally and promptly.
- Liaise with International / Domestic Airlines, Transport Companies, Courier Drivers etc
- Labelling shipments for air transport.
- Investigation of flight delays, missing freight etc.
- Dealing with import clearance, ensuring document requirements are met.

To be successful for this role, the following attributes will be highly desirable:

- Experience in the Transport industry will be highly regarded.
- A good knowledge of the Sydney Metropolitan area.
- Ability to work independently.
- Your focus on quality customer service and attention to detail when communicating and recording information is paramount.
- Reliable, enthusiastic work ethic.
