An exciting opportunity exists for a All Rounder Property Maintenance. In this hands on role you will report to the General Manager and be responsible for the safety and upkeep of the hotel and its facilities.
- Exceptional maintenance/handy-person skills
- A relevant trade Qualification (highly regarded)
- Experience in a similar role
- A current driver's license
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven ability to work autonomously and manage your time effectively
- Work Health and Safety knowledge and a commitment to keeping yourself and others safe
- Understanding of and experience in managing contractors on site where required
- Respect for our guest and their environment

**About You**:

- Experience in a similar role will be well regarded
- A great attitude and the ability to work wellas part of a team
- Exceptional eye for detail and excellent organisational skills
- An ability to work well under pressure
