Dolly’s Donuts is a destination for the whole family to enjoy the ultimate trio - hot fluffy cinnamon and specialty donuts, small-batch gelato, and specialty coffee by our partners at Zest Coffee Roasters.

We’re thrilled to be opening our newest store in Bowral, and we’re looking for two passionate, skilled baristas to help bring it to life.

While the venue is almost ready, we can’t open until we find the right people to build our team.

The venue is nearly ready, but we **cannot open until we find the right people** to join our team. This is a key opportunity to be part of building something great from the ground up.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Minimum **1 year barista experience** in a specialty café
- Confident with espresso dial-in, milk texturing & latte art
- Friendly, calm under pressure, and team-focused
- Available **weekdays during business hours** | Fluent in English
- Long-term availability and Australian working rights

**Kindly note**: This role requires experience in a specialty coffee environment using manual equipment. Applicants with fast food or fully automated coffee experience or still in school won’t be suitable for this position.
