One of our Federal Government client is a looking for **Delivery Manager** to join the team working on an exciting project.

**About the role**

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex software and digital product solutions using Agile methodology
- Gather business requirements and translate them into detailed epics and stories
- Oversee Agile processes such as stand-ups, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives
- Prepare roadmap reports for team members, clients, and stakeholders, managing client relationships and expectations throughout the project lifecycle

**Qualifications/Experience**
- Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate multiple projects, fostering high-performance teams and building professional expertise.
- Experience in leading software development initiatives with complex technology and integration requirements, ensuring alignment with scope, time, and expectations.
- Effective management of client relationships, including vendors, resolving issues, managing risks, and preparing reports for stakeholders.
- Experience in increment planning, translating business requirements into epics and stories, and managing backlog prioritization using Agile methodology.
