We are seeking a Delivery Manager to join our team. Given our work revolves around information and statistics and the presentation of statistics to promote better health and wellbeing, our projects have a significant dependency on data and ICT. To succeed in this role, you will have a good grasp on delivering data-oriented projects that include coding work, be a great communicator and team player. You will ideally have at least 5 years’ experience in managing projects.

Delivery Manager Responsibilities:

- Delivering project outcomes and benefits, including management of scope boundaries, schedules, quality and budgets
- Coordinating teams to enable project delivery and transition
- Overseeing and developing project documentation and reporting progress on delivery
- Managing relationships and communicating effectively with all project stakeholders, overcome obstacles to delivery through collaboration, communication, problem solving and negotiation
- Identifying and managing risks and overseeing the implementation of risk mitigation plans
- Conducting project reviews and creating detailed reports for executive staff

**Working arrangements**:Onsite

**Essential Criteria**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Capacity to manage high stress situations
- Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously
- The ability to lead multidisciplinary teams
- Experience working on projects using code repositories (e.g. DevOps).
- Negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- The ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
- A history of delivering successful projects

**Desirable Criteria**:

- A demonstrated understanding of Prince2, PMBOK and Agile delivery
- Experience as a Scrum Master/Iteration Manager or as a member of an agile team
- An understanding of (or the ability to quickly acquire) domain knowledge relating to the business of the client
