**WHAT ARE YOU IN FOR?**

This is the ultimate Sales Administration position Your main tasks will be all things admin and processes supporting the sales team, surrounded by bubbly and fun personalities Monday - Friday, 9 - 5. Here’s a snapshot of what you’ll be signing up for:

- Processing listings from start to finish (including ordering Certificate of Title and process executed contractual documents)
- Preparation of contracts
- End to end administration support
- Following the sales process
- Managing the advertising online and signboards
- Create ‘Home Open’ packs
- Data entry and CRM management
- Meeting deadlines
- Assistant in the onboarding of new staff, e.g. corporate photos and business cards when required

**THE NITTY GRITTY**

You’ll need to be switched on, take pride in your work, and have the ability to handle yourself when the heat is on. You’ll also need:

- Ideally a minimum of 1 year experience in a Sales Administration role
- Strong knowledge of Google Suite and DocuSign
- Efficient with CRM systems (Vault is preferable)
- An exuberant personality with the right attitude
- High attention to detail
- Highly organised with the ability to work well under pressure
