Installation Specialist

**Your Impact**

As our new Installation Specialist, you will be responsible for the preparation and installation of fountain dispense and ancillary equipment for Asahi Beverages, within our key customer premises. You will also support the Installation Manager in the planning, logistics and execution associated with the supply, installation, and refurbishment of relevant equipment. This is a role with potential for growth and development in an expanding industry. The role requires self management and control of your working day with no two days the same. From project management, quality control, maintaining safety standards, developing customer and contractor relationships, and budget and equipment management, the role requires the ability to multi task and to be pro active to achieve business outcomes.

This role will service the whole state of WA, from existing sites to total new builds, liaising with the sales teams and contractors, with all the site visits in between, no two days or interactions will look exactly alike. So, the ability to effectively manage and plan for deadlines will be key. **Other key responsibilities include**:

- Project manage all post mix / Frozen equipment installations from end to end.
- Lead / manage installation contractors to maintain required standards.
- Confirm each system design will deliver required outcomes, in particular compliance with relevant Australian Standards including AS5034.
- Assist contractors with physical installations where and when required.
- Train installation contractors as required.
- Audit system installations to ensure all projects are completed to Asahi & Australian standards.
- Develop good working relationships with all stakeholders.
- Ensure all new system installations are commissioned correctly and beverage dispensing is within quality parameters at each dispense point.
- Ensure serviceable operation of post mix equipment - Quality testing/ratios.
- Complete all related processes/paperwork and update Install Manager on Asset placements.
- Stepping into the role of installation manager to cover leave.

**About You**

We’re looking for technical experts with experience in a similarly fast paced environment. It goes without saying that you’ll need to be physically fit, detail oriented, highly organised, and efficient to succeed, however we’re also looking for someone with strong communication skills who can build quick, yet effective relationships with a variety of stakeholders.

**With this in hand, other indicators of success include**:

- Prior experience in a similar role.
- The ability to work autonomously and highly self-motivated.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and implement solutions as problems arise.
- Prior experience/trade certification in electrical or air conditioning & refrigeration would be a significant advantage.
- Ability to read and understand technical information and drawings.
- Strong problem-solving skills - able to identify issues and make rapid and appropriate decisions to mitigate appropriately.
- Experience in contemporary installation and maintenance practices.
- Proven experience in estimating, planning and prioritising work activities in a demand driven environment.
