Customer Service Representative

**About The Role**:
Join our dynamic and close-knit team at our **Launceston** branch as a **Customer Service Representative**

In this role, you'll collaborate with our Sales and Operations teams to ensure that customers have a seamless and positive experience with **InfraBuild Steel Centre**.

This is a customer-facing role, working Monday to Friday and provides an excellent opportunity for someone looking to expand their customer service and sales skills.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Building and nurturing customer relationships
- Maintaining stock levels
- Processing cash sales, quotes, and orders
- Merchandising products
- Receiving stock and verifying invoices
- Identifying and maximising sales opportunities
- Performing general administrative tasks

**To succeed in this role, you should have**:

- Experience in retail customer service, sales, and administration
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office & SAP systems (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
