**Principal Document Controller - Tier 1 Engineering Consultancy - WFH Flexibility**

Are you an experienced document controller open to a new opportunity with one of the world’s leading engineering consultancies?

Our client is a global tier 1 engineering consultancy in the O&G, mining and renewables sectors, and they are looking for a Principal Document Controller to join their team

Whilst this position will ideally start on a 12-month contract, the company is very open to extending this role (permanent or a long term, on-going contract if that arrangement suits you better).

**Your duties may include the following tasks**:

- Understand the Document Control process from beginning to end.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to Document Controllers.
- Keep project procedures current and well-maintained.
- Ensure project requirements are met by allocating and prioritising document control activities.
- Ability to manage people and resolve any issues or concerns within the team.
- Undertake routine audits to ensure that processing consistently adheres to a predetermined standard of quality.
- Assure that all team members are being utilised to their fullest capacity.

**We are seeking someone who can meet the following requirements**:

- 12+ Years of experience working as a Document Controller.
- Proficient in the use of at least two document management systems, including Aconex.
- Understanding of ISO9001.
- Proven experience in managing Document Control projects.
- Skills and ability to consistently deliver high quality, precise work within a specified timeframe.
- Intermediate skills in PDF writing programs and MS Office.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: From $123,000.00 per year
