**Position Overview**

The Learning and Development role is designed to deliver innovative Learning and Development initiatives aligned to the organisation’s strategic objectives and the requirements of our clients. The position also has a key role as ambassador for organisational culture and values, ensuring they are visible, embedded and upheld.

**Key Responsibilities**
- In collaboration with key stakeholders, design and deliver an annual learning program for the organisation that supports the overall business strategy
- Evaluate existing learning programs, make recommendations for change, and implement approved changes
- Manage course development and delivery projects in collaboration with internal employees and external providers
- Contribute to the identification and design of tools to automate and streamline processes within Learning and Development
- Train and supervise employees in the development of e-learning skills to better allow them to create their own e-learning packages
- Partner with stakeholders on the design and implementation of Learning and Development initiatives.
- Encourage and demonstrate the need for continuous professional development, and the value it provides to an organisation
- Work in partnership with the Marketing and Communications team on effective internal communications in support of organisational development.

**Qualifications Skills and Experience**
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant industry
- Demonstrated experience in the development and implementation of a variety of learning journeys including content design
- Demonstrated understanding of L&D technology and various digital solutions
- Demonstrated ability to work in fast paced, high growth environments
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
- Some knowledge of governance and ethics related programs (preferred)
- Project management skills to develop and implement innovative and successful programs within required deadlines.
