**The Opportunity**

We have an exciting opportunity available for a successful Spare Parts Officer to join the team based in Truganina, Melbourne, to help drive our business within Victoria.

The primary purpose of the role is to control the receipt, storage, and distribution of spare parts to the customer base. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Responding effectively to internal and external customer enquiries and/or orders.
- Interpreting spare parts as per product specification of ordered material.
- Entering sales orders into SAP, ensuring accuracy of account numbers, part numbers, quantity, and delivery addresses are correct.
- Preparing all documentation required by the Warehouse to pick, pack, and deliver orders.
- Providing sales counter service for direct sales.

**The person**:
To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A least 3 years’ experience in a similar role. Experience within the HVAC industry is not essential but will be to your advantage.
- Exposure to SAP is highly desirable.

You are the right person if you have:

- The ability to work without close supervision and can recognise when matters are to be referred to management.
- The ability to deal with conflicting priorities and plan accordingly to achieve deadlines and timeframes.
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to relate effectively to a wide range of people.
- Well-developed problem-solving skills that allow for resolution of issues within reasonable timeframes.
- Strong attention to detail.
