Votre mission

1. POSITION’S ASSIGNMENT

The role supports Digital Marketing Manager and Social Media Executive to execute digital marketing plans in order to increase brand awareness, drive sales and new consumer’s acquisition, grow social media following and improve engagement rates across all platforms.

2. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

2.1
- Work closely with digital team to build and optimise the brands online presence across owned, paid and earned media.

- Build, manage and moderate online communities including responding to enquiries from various social media platforms.

- Create and upload content for Social Media with support from Social Media Manager.

- Support Digital Marketing Manager and Social Media Manager with project management of digital marketing campaigns and editorial calendar.

- Update brand websites and e-learning (ensuring all content is up to date). Assist in roll out of new Avene and Klorane websites.

- Utilise Instagram stories to showcase media coverage, repost images, share behind the scenes content.

- Reporting using various analytics tools and post-campaign analysis to evaluate ROI.

- Help produce digital collateral.

- Report Brand’s digital media activities and competitor activities.

- General administration (invoice processing, product send out).
