We are looking for fun, energetic and enthusiastic BARISTAS to join the fam Avocado Café is the home of the community coffee slingers. We all work together towards hospitality excellence We're situated in Brighton-Le-Sands (someone say summer swims?)

**Immediate start **available/ Full-time, Part-time & Casual positions available

**Flexible shifts** as the cafe opens from 7am to 11pm.

**Qualifications & experience**
- Minimum of 3 years' Barista experience
- Confident enough to work independently on coffee machine
- Strong understanding of coffee
- Positive can-do attitude and a friendly, presentable manner
- Reliable punctuality
- Excellent Customer Service

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Work well in a fast-paced environment in a clean & organised fashion.
- Adjusting grind, scale and dosing on the regular.
- Maintaining stock control as well as maintaining the upkeep of coffee machine.
- Maintaining hygiene standards at all times.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $26.00 - $33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week
