About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Barista to join our growing team.

You'll be the face of the café — serving exceptional coffee, building genuine relationships with our customers, and ensuring the highest standard of consistency and care in every cup.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced café environment, takes pride in their craft, and brings a positive, team-focused attitude.


Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based beverages with consistency and speed.
  • Set up, calibrate, and maintain coffee machines and grinders daily.
  • Provide warm, friendly, and professional customer service.
  • Assist with daily café operations — including cash handling, stock rotation, and cleaning.
  • Work collaboratively with the bakery and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service. If you have bakery experience this is an advantage.
  • Uphold food-safety and hygiene standards at all times.

Skills & Experience
  • Minimum 1–2 years' experience as a barista in a busy café or bakery.
  • Strong coffee knowledge and ability to dial in espresso and texturize milk with precision.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Positive attitude and ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • High attention to detail and cleanliness.
  • Flexibility for early-morning starts and weekend shifts.
  • Food Safety Certificate (preferred but not essential).
  • Completion of Barista course is preferable however not essential
