**Let’s talk about the role and responsibilities
**- Strong ITIL / ITSM knowledge
- Hands-on experience in using tools like ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence
- Good to have banking domain experience particularly from customer personal data management perspective.
- End to end incident management process knowledge
- Overseeing the incident management process and ensure the whole team follows the process
- Incident management, problem Management, Release management, change management
- Scheduling and driving Triages to resolve the incident
- Conducting Post Incident Reviews (PIRs)
- Strong Analytical, Problem solving & time management skills.
- Minimum technical knowledge on MDM, Java, SQL, Kafka, Elastic, APIs
- Strong knowledge on monitoring tools like Splunk, Dynatrace
- Ability to analyse a high volume of technical data and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills to update the stakeholders and upper management in case of major issues
- Ability to create dashboards & Reports dynamically as required
- Accountability, flexibility and ability to work under high pressure environments
