We are seeking a passionate and experienced Talent Development Lead to help shape our global workforce by delivering leadership and organizational development outcomes.

Supporting our business globally, the role focuses on identifying and nurturing key talent where you will have direct impact on the growth of our leaders. By implementing targeted leadership development initiatives and strategic projects, you will ensure we meet both current and future capability needs, building pipelines of diverse enterprise leaders.

What You’ll Do:

- Design, implement, and integrate talent management initiatives such as high-potential talent identification, development, and succession planning.
- Partner with diverse stakeholders to create and deliver future-focused leadership development pathways.
- Contribute to the development of talent frameworks and recommend enhancements to drive our talent agenda forward.
- Design and deliver solutions that empower managers and employees to improve individual, team, and organizational performance.
- Utilize data and insights to inform talent solutions and collaborate with business leaders to achieve measurable outcomes.
- Continuously assess the effectiveness of talent and leadership interventions and optimize programs for impact.
- Work closely with People & Culture Business Partners to embed inclusive and robust talent management practices across the organization.

What You’ll Bring:

- Experience in designing and delivering talent management and leadership development programs with a track record of success.
- Exceptional relationship management skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong project management expertise to translate talent strategies into actionable plans.
- A data-driven approach with the ability to present talent insights in compelling ways to support leadership decision-making.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in fast-paced, evolving environments.
- A collaborative mindset with experience working across diverse teams, ideally in large and complex corporate settings.
- Background in Talent, Leadership & Organizational Development, or HR Business Partner roles, with a focus on talent.
- (Desirable) Tertiary qualifications in relevant fields such as organizational psychology, human resources, or leadership development.
