**THE ROLE**

The Scheduling Systems Coordinator will be responsible for managing the data and configuration of the Origin LPG scheduling systems including Route Planning, Telemetry and Reporting Systems

This role will be responsible for implementing and testing system changes to the scheduling systems and Salesforce. They will be responsible for writing business requirements and UAT testing in projects ensuring they are delivered as per design documentation.

The Scheduling Systems Coordinator will need to manage system workflows and data transformations specifically using SQL and XSL transformations.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Responsible for managing all scheduling systems to ensure they are accurately configured to deliver the safest optimal delivery routes
- Maintenance of all process maps to ensure they are accurate and meet compliance requirements
- Develop Business Requirements documents to facilitate quote/scope documents
- Design and write operational reports and dashboards
- Implement system changes to Salesforce and Route Planning systems
- Lead and manage UAT testing for scheduling systems and interfaces
- Collaborate with key stakeholders
- Support any RFI or RFP process and provide assessments of supply chain system capability

**More about you**:

- 4+ years relevant employment experience in analysis or IT systems focused positions
- Experience in developing business requirement documents
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Supply Chain
- Knowledge in SQL and XSL Transformations or XML
- Experience in IT systems
- Experience in Salesforce or Supply Chain software desirable but not essential
