We are currently seeking a **Volunteer Engagement Coordinator **to partner with our business to market and facilitate 200 + volunteers and the volunteer program.

**About the Role**:

- This position is pivotal in maintaining and developing new ideas for our volunteer program.
- Evaluate and review volunteer involvement in current programs.
- Focus and innovates ways to attract new volunteers.
- Maintain networks with other volunteer organisations.
- Assessment, induction, on-going training, support of volunteers.
- Process and co-ordinate compliance requirements, which includes, police checks, reference checks and working with children checks.
- Internal and external event support; manage events calendar, bookings and logistics of events.

**About you**:

- Use your excellent organisational and administration skills daily
- Experience in managing, co-ordinating and supporting volunteers.
- You love using your well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, to promote/market the volunteer program
- You take pride in your attention to detail, organisation and time management skills
- Tech Savvy, experienced using various digital technologies, Microsoft Office and CRM. Experience with “Better Impact” would be advantageous.
- Your current drivers licence will see you getting out and about visiting our sites and volunteers.

**Days and hours**:
Up to $68,000 + super + salary sacrifice

4 days per week, days negotiable

1 or 2 days optional working from home
